About American Councils in the Kyrgyz Republic
American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS has been working in the Kyrgyz Republic since 1993. We provide opportunities for professional development and academic/cultural exchange. In the Kyrgyz Republic, we administer programs that provide high school and university students, educators, and faculty members with the opportunity to study, research and get professional training in the USA.
